Euclid Automotive & Muffler Shop uses the information you submit—your name, phone number, optional email, vehicle and service details—to respond to your request and coordinate service.

Service requests

Requests are stored in a private staff inbox. Website infrastructure providers process this information to operate the service. Please do not include payment card details, passwords or other sensitive information.

Car-noise recordings

If you submit a recording, we store the audio or video privately with your service request so our team can review your concern and contact you. Recordings are not published or used in social posts without separate permission. Avoid recording faces, license plates, conversations or other personal information. To request deletion, contact the shop using the details below.

Website use

Basic request information may be processed for security and abuse prevention. Google reviews are displayed through Elfsight, which loads review content and may process device information under its own privacy policy. Review-section views, expanded reviews, and review-button clicks may be measured by our existing analytics. The embedded Google Map loads content from Google, which may process device information and use cookies under its own privacy policy. External links, including Google Maps and financing providers, have their own privacy policies. We use Google Ads and Google Analytics to measure website activity, saved service requests and advertising performance. These services may use cookies and device information. For eligible ad visits, a Google forwarding number connects calls to the shop and measures call details such as duration. Our conversion code sends a random request identifier, not your name, phone, email or vehicle details. Service-request email alerts are delivered through our email provider using Euclid Automotive’s authenticated sending domain.

Repair estimate uploads

When you request a second opinion, we store your estimate files privately with your contact details and vehicle information. Only authorized shop access can retrieve the files. We use them to review your request and contact you, not to publish them. Cover payment details and unrelated personal information before uploading. Contact the shop to request deletion.
